Shippings

All orders will be shipped from our office in Germany by priority mail, insured against loss and damage.

As soon as the shipping reach your country, you can track it by contacting your national postal service.
All shipments to the USA are trackable via USPS.
Normal shipping time for shippings to the USA, Canada and Western Europe amounts to 5-7 business days.
Normal shipping time for shippings to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Russia & former russian states
and Eastern Europe amounts to 7-10 business days.

Our shopping cart offers a convenient check-out with PayPal shopping.
Payments via personal checks and handdelivered cash are not possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Everything you buy from Beadhoppers.com is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping, within 30 days of the invoice date.

For items that are damaged upon arrival or are shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit.
Credits will be transferred to your Pay-Pal account.

Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition.
For your own protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope.
We recommend, but do not require that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that reach us damaged, and will not credit you for these items.
Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service. For all returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package.

We hope for your understanding that we DO NOT accept returns on custom made items or special orders.
All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.

Copyright and Images

All of our product images, graphics and descriptions belong to us and are copyrighted with the Library of Congress copyright office.

Wholesale online customers who resell our products on a website can use any of our images and descriptions for promotional purposes.

Use of the images and descriptions and are only allowed for the time of the promotion and can only be used if you are currently stocking that pictured product.

It is not allowed to edit the pictures in any kind or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.
You may not place a copyright symbol with your name on or around the image as it is considered a derivative work.
